Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev will present a report on Russia’s strategic development guidelines for creating a pilot portfolio of priority projects and for organising project implementation. Other ministers will report on developments in healthcare, education, residential construction, and housing and utilities.
The President of Russia signed an executive order to establish the Council for Strategic Development and Priority Projects on June 30. The Council will oversee efforts to improve Russia’s strategic development and the implementation of priority projects.
