On May 18, 2013, Vladimir Putin signed corresponding instructions to the Government to create five-year plans, following a meeting with the Cabinet on the progress in carrying out executive orders. Participants of the meeting will include Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Sergei Ivanov, deputy prime ministers and presidential aides. On June 7, the President will also meet with officers at St George Hall in the Kremlin on the occasion of their appointment to high-ranking positions and conferral of high military ranks.
