On November 3 Vladimir Putin will address Soobschchestvo (Community) active citizens’ forum 2016-11-02 15:00:00 Soobshchestvo is a two-day forum organised by the Russian Public Chamber to mark National Unity Day. The forum will have several thematic sections that will discuss current issues concerning different aspects of the non-commercial sector. More than 3,500 people will take part in the event, including representatives of non-commercial organisations with a social focus and civil society activists from throughout Russia.
