In Beijing, the Russian President took part in the 3rd Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation. He spoke at the opening ceremony, and later met with President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping.
Vladimir Putin had a series of bilateral meetings on the sidelines of the forum. He met with President of Vietnam Vo Van Thuong, Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orban, Prime Minister of Thailand Srettha Thavisin, President of Mongolia Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh, President of Laos Thongloun Sisoulith, and Caretaker Prime Minister of Pakistan Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar.
Concluding his visit to China, Vladimir Putin answered the Russian media’s questions.
