During his US trip, Dmitry Medvedev visited the offices of Cisco Systems, Apple Inc., and Yandex Labs in Silicon Valley. While visiting Twitter Inc., the President of Russia opened his official accounts on the Twitter social network. His visit to the state of California concluded with a meeting with Russian expats, followed by a meeting with representatives of US public, academic and business communities at Stanford University.
In Washington D.C., the President engaged in Russian-American talks, which resulted in the adoption of ten joint statements. Dmitry Medvedev then met with Russian and American business community leaders and leaders of the US Senate and House of Representatives.
