Amendments to Arbitration Procedure Code

Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amendments to the Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation to Improve Simplified Proceedings.

The amendments aim to make simplified proceedings for hearing cases in arbitration courts more effective, including through giving the parties the chance to see documents online and cutting the examination times for particular categories of cases.
