In particular, the Federal Law sets forth that up until January 1, 2015, labour relations established in Crimea and Sevastopol before this Federal Law comes into force shall be governed by Russian labour laws and also by laws and other legal acts related to labour law that were in effect in these two regions before their accession to the Russian Federation, so long as they do not conflict with Russian labour law.
