Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoys to Federal Districts are instructed to submit proposals regarding ways to improve staffing policies and to ensure the independence of Human Rights Commissioners in the regions of the Russian Federation.
The Government, the Prosecutor General’s Office and the Investigative Committee together with the Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights are to submit proposals on a mechanism for cooperation with the association of organisations and individuals helping missing and injured children National Monitoring Centre for Aid to Missing and Injured Children and on assisting the association in its activity.
The Supreme Court together with the Government, the Presidential Executive Office, the Prosecutor General’s Office and the Presidential Council for Civil Society and Human Rights received recommendations to draft proposals regarding the expansion of the use of juries.
The Government, together with the Russian Federation Human Rights Commissioner were instructed to make proposals on ways to improve the medical and social expert assessment system envisaged by Federal Law On Social Security for the Disabled in the Russian Federation, and on the creation of favourable conditions and environment for the disabled and persons with special healthcare needs at penal institutions.
