The leaders of the 21 economies participating in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation [APEC] forum concluded their summit in Singapore by adopting a final declaration “Sustaining Growth, Connecting the Region”, and a statement “A New Growth Paradigm for a Connected Asia-Pacific in the 21st Century”.
