The Government of the Russian Federation has been instructed, as part of the drafting of a national project on developing tourism, to prepare a package of measures on creating the infrastructure required for organising interregional walking tourist routes, to ensure the preparation and holding of the summer health-building campaign for children and to submit proposals for developing facilities for children’s camps.
The Government of the Russian Federation has been instructed, in cooperation with the Defence Ministry of Russia and the Government of Sevastopol, and with the participation of the Patriarch’s Council of Russia, to review the establishment of the Korsun children’s centre in Sevastopol, an affiliate of the Artek International Children’s Centre, as well as present proposals on the amount and sources of funding for its construction.

The Ministry of Education and Science of Russia has been instructed, in cooperation with the interested federal executive government bodies, to analyse the implementation of the Mobile University online pilot project of creative skills and professions as requested by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, and other online projects aimed at teaching users to acquire and apply new knowledge and skills; and also, to review the issue of supporting and developing such projects.
Considering the sanitary-epidemiological situation, the Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare [Rospotrebnadzor] has been instructed to take measures on implementing the summer health-building campaign for children.
The Federal Agency for Youth Affairs has been instructed, in cooperation with the Government of Sevastopol, to facilitate the development of the World’s Strongest Nation patriotic mass sporting bogatyr movement, and submit proposals on creating a World Bogatyr League in Sevastopol.
Top regional executive bodies have been advised, in cooperation with the National People’s Front, to help organise the event Memorial Trees of Russia.
