The Government of the Russian Federation was instructed to ensure, until December 31, 2028, the adoption of measures on bringing up to standards the federally-owned sanatoriums and resorts that are part of the Caucasian Mineral Waters cluster. The Government is to review the issue of attracting private investment, if necessary, for the renovation or reconstruction of these facilities.
Instructions to the Government also concern the introduction of a number of amendments to Russian Federation laws; additional allocation of at least 5 billion rubles from the federal budget to the budget of the Republic of Daghestan in 2024–2026 for the implementation of measures on developing Derbent; the drafting of project documentation for the construction of the Daghestan national children’s centre using allocations from the federal budget.
Instructions to the Government of the Russian Federation, along with the executive government bodies of the Republic of Daghestan, concern the comprehensive development of Derbent until 2027 and the required budgetary allocations.
The Government of the Russian Federation, along with KAVKAZ.RF and executive government bodies of the Republic of Daghestan, were instructed to plan measures on developing the Caspian tourist cluster in the special economic zone in the Republic of Daghestan. In the process, they are to focus on building infrastructure facilities and ensuring the construction of the Daghestan Russian children’s centre.
