The message reads, in part:
“Your much-needed, people-oriented initiative brings together responsive and compassionate people, who are sincerely seeking to help gifted youngsters with disabilities start believing in themselves, achieve their life goals and establish themselves in careers.
As for the younger participants, the White Cane Festival provides a remarkable opportunity to make their most cherished dreams come true, show their worth and meet with teachers and popular performers. Of course, my special thanks go to the organisers of this event. Thanks largely to your energy and involvement, this wonderful project has been progressing successfully, allowing young people to really enjoy this festival of creativity, kindness and friendly communication.”
