The message reads, in part:
“Your annual gatherings have become a prestigious platform and a landmark event for leading journalists, top media managers, IT specialists and representatives of specialised ministries and agencies. The participants discuss topical industry issues in a business-like and friendly atmosphere, conduct interested discussions regarding the development prospects of telecommunications technologies, the creation of high-quality content and chart plans for the future. It is very important that, in its diverse activities, the National Association of Television and Radio Broadcasters, its participants and congress delegates devote special attention to issues of preserving wonderful traditions of the national television broadcasting industry, support young talents and help young professionals assert themselves.
I am confident that the current congress will be a great success, and that its results will be in high demand in practice. Additionally, I would like to congratulate the recipients of the 11th Vladimir Zworykin Award, named after our compatriot, an outstanding engineer and inventor who pioneered the development of television.”
