The message reads, in part:
“Your forum has brought together mothers raising many children, wives and mothers of participants in the special military operation, caregivers for orphans, representatives of charity and volunteer organisations, as well as scientists, cultural figures and educators. They have gathered in Pyatigorsk to discuss an entire scope of issues that concern Russian women. Your event focuses on issues of national importance, without exaggeration. These encompass support for motherhood and childhood, the promotion of spiritual, moral and family values in society, improvement of the demographic situation, and addressing of pressing social problems.
In this regard, I am pleased to acknowledge the substantive and pertinent efforts of Mothers of Russia, a national movement that has organised this conference. Its activists and volunteers take part in projects dedicated to improving people’s health, offering humanitarian assistance to our fighters in the special military operation zone, caring for the wounded in hospitals and rehabilitation centres, and consistently focusing on patriotic education for the younger generation. The significant and all-encompassing nature of these activities warrants the highest appreciation.”
