The instructions to the Government include supporting agricultural producers whose output was affected by ground frosts in May 2024; funding the costs of providing rehabilitation equipment for persons with disabilities; and eliminating excessive requirements for participants in official physical fitness and sports events.
The instructions to the Government that call for the involvement of regional executive bodies concern the development of infrastructure necessary for tourism growth. In particular, they are instructed to create or improve automobile tourist routes, giving priority to those that fully or partially include the M-4 Don, M-8 Kholmogory, M-11 Neva, M-12 East motorways; to develop the necessary infrastructure for tourism in specially protected nature areas of federal significance; to erect modular tourist accommodation facilities; to arrange or improve roadside services and amenities along the sections of the aforementioned roads that are part of integrated auto routes; to develop a navigation system on roads that will inform motorists about the roadside services and tourist infrastructure available, as well as about tourist attractions nearby; and to ensure reliable mobile connectivity and internet access along these roads.
The instructions to the Government that call for the involvement of the Russian Union of Travel Industry, include providing tourist operators with buses of the appropriate class after determining how many of such buses are needed and how soon (considering the possibility of manufacturing the vehicles domestically), and support for the production of domestic vehicles such as motorhomes, mobile retail facilities, and other equipment and products for auto tourism.
The executive bodies in Russian regions have been given a number of recommendations on the development of local tourism infrastructure.
The State Duma, the Government, and the Russian Popular Front have received recommendations on amending a number of legislative acts to put in place an effective motivating mechanism to promote a healthy lifestyle among the population. The proposal is to significantly increase the standard personal income tax deduction for taxpayers who regularly undergo medical examinations and successfully pass the GTO physical fitness test.
Certain recommendations to the governments of the Tver Region, the Oryol Region and the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area – Yugra have to do with building and modernising local cultural and healthcare facilities.
The Russian Popular Front is recommended to continue analysing the petitions received during the Direct Line with Vladimir Putin televised conference and sending the relevant information, respectively, to the Presidential Executive Office, the federal executive bodies concerned, or to senior regional officials for consideration and response within their scope of competence.
