The Government of the Russian Federation has been instructed to stipulate additional inter-budget transfers from the federal budget to the budget of the Republic of Tuva in order to finance the preferential mortgage programme and spending on increasing salaries for the public sector personnel, as well as to finance other priority social expenses.
Additionally, instructions to the Government concern support for projects in industry, agriculture, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as tourism in 2025–2030; assistance to preparing a geological exploration programme in the Republic of Tuva and including it into the Geology: Revival of a Legend federal project.
The Government should also take measures to ensure that the federal funds allocated for the provision of electricity to residential construction projects in Kyzyl and mineral production at the Ak-Sug porphyry copper deposit in the Republic of Tuva reach their intended recipients.
The Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Tuva have been instructed to consider the possibility of establishing a history museum at the school in Turan, which opened in 1908, and to coordinate the deadline and sources of funding for the establishment of the museum.
