The Government of the Russian Federation, in cooperation with regional executive bodies, has been instructed to consider the creation and development of a network of health and fitness and military-sports training camps aimed at encouraging young people to join the military and pursue careers in military professions.
The instruction to the Government, jointly with the executive bodies of the Republic of Tuva, concerns the transition of the Baylak children’s health camp to year-round operation.
The Ministry of Education, in cooperation with regional executive bodies and the Russian Military Historical Society, has been instructed to expand the Roads of Victory national military-patriotic programme. This includes the development of educational tourist routes for children and young people, leading to sites of military glory such as hero cities, cities of military glory, and cities of labour valour.
The Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media, together with the Ministry of Education and with the participation of VK Company, has been instructed to explore ways to expand the functionality of the Sferum information and communication educational platform.
