The Government has been instructed to draft proposals on holding civil service posts, setting limits on redundancy compensation payments made to senior executives in state corporations, the blood donor situation and rewards for donors, medical treatment standards, healthcare risk insurance, and assistance for families who take orphans or children with disabilities into their care. The Government has also been instructed to draft a common concept for a school textbook on Russian history.
The Government and the regional authorities have been jointly charged with introduction of school uniforms, making social services accessible for low-income families, support for big families and families with adoptive children, including financial, housing and social support and measures to raise their social status, and support for schools teaching gifted children, including in the field of mathematics.
Separate instructions were issued jointly to the Government, the Presidential Ombudsman for Entrepreneurs’ Rights, and the OPORA Russia national non-governmental organisation for small and medium entrepreneurship.
Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Vyacheslav Volodin have been instructed to examine the possibility of introducing the post of presidential commissioner for people with disabilities’ affairs.
