The instruction issued to the Presidential Executive Office and the Government deal with improvements in legislation regulating relations between investors and companies implementing Internet projects.
The Presidential Executive Office was also instructed to consider the proposals made by the Internet Initiatives Development Fund regarding improvements in the procedure for receiving, processing and analysing citizens’ appeals.
Instructions to the Government deal with developing extracurricular science and technology education for children, providing emergency medical and social assistance to certain groups of citizens and creating a system of remote diagnostics of oncological diseases. The instructions also cover norms for importing goods for personal use delivered by a carrier to a private address and sent by international mail to the Customs Union territory free of customs duty and tax.
The Federal Agency for the Affairs of the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation jointly with the Internet Initiatives Development Fund were instructed to consider the Fund’s proposals regarding the development of internet initiatives to support projects aimed at popularising and studying the Russian language.
The Moscow Government received recommendations to consider proposals of the Internet Initiatives Development Fund regarding the introduction of a system of remote utilities consumption data recording and filing.
