The Presidential Executive Office jointly with the Justice Ministry, the Prosecutor General’s Office and the Russian Federation Civic Chamber have been instructed to analyse practical application of law regulating the activity of non-commercial organisations and to make proposals regarding additional legal regulation of the activities of socially-oriented non-commercial organisations and those non-commercial organisations whose activities are directed at achieving socially useful objectives.
Instructions to the Government with the participation by the Civic Chamber deal, in part, with ensuring the efficient use of budget allocations to meet the needs of rural population in services provided by cultural organisations.
The Government jointly with the Civic Chamber and regional executive bodies has been instructed to monitor the efficiency of regional civic councils and as a result, to consider ways of improving their work.
The Labour Ministry has been instructed to consider proposals made by the Civic Chamber regarding improvements in the state family policy of Russia pertaining to activities of non-commercial organisations working to strengthen the family as a social institution.
Recommendations were given to the Civic Chamber of Russia with the involvement of regional civic chambers and federal executive bodies of power to monitor the implementation of the state policy aimed at ensuring access for children with disabilities to high quality education, focusing on conditions for inclusive education.
