The Presidential Executive Office is instructed jointly with the Justice Ministry to look into the issue of improving Russian legislation on non-profit organisations, with regard to specifying their political activities, and present corresponding proposals.
The Presidential Executive Office is also instructed, jointly with the Central Election Commission, to analyse Russian citizens’ practice of implementing their right to participate in observing elections and referenda, determining their results, and if necessary, to submit corresponding suggestions on improving legislation in this area.
Instructions to the Government of the Russian Federation concern, in part, procedures for providing medical support on Russia’s territory to Ukrainian citizens and stateless persons with a permanent residence status in Ukraine who were forced to leave Ukraine’s territory and come to Russia in an emergency mass migration.
The Government is also instructed to study the option of amending Russian legislation to give veteran of combat operations status to Russian citizens who participated in combat operations in the Syrian Arab Republic.
The Presidential Council for Civil Society and Human Rights of the Russian Federation is instructed jointly with representatives of the media community to look into supporting regional and municipal media outlets and submit corresponding proposals. The Council is also instructed to present suggestions on creating additional guarantees for lawyer independence when fulfilling their professional responsibilities.
