Instructions to the Government of the Russian Federation concern, in part, signing concession agreements with regard to facilities of the communal infrastructure and the fulfilment by concession holders of such agreements, and making legislative amendments concerning the lease for municipal or state-owned lands.
Instructions to the Government, jointly with executive authorities in Russia’s regions, concern the implementation of state programmes to support and develop the agro-industrial complex; providing free textbooks to students for key general education programmes; certain aspects of work of medical organisations located in rural areas and small towns, as well as the preservation and sustainable use of environmental assets, unique medicinal and health properties of the specially protected Caucasus Mineral Waters resort area.
Individual instructions were given to the Government jointly with executive authorities in Russian regions and the Russian Popular Front.
Top officials in the Russian regions, jointly with Presidential plenipotentiaries to the federal districts, have been instructed to work on getting the students involved in studying cultures, customs and traditions of the peoples living on the territory of the relevant Russian region and sharing the best practices in this field.
