The Government of the Russian Federation was instructed to present a progress report on the measures to implement the 2012–2017 National Children’s Strategy.
The Government also received instructions on specific matters, such as training sessions at the Orlyonok, Okean and Smena national children’s centres and the Artek International Children’s Centre for activists from youth associations, including the Russian School Students’ Movement; drafting a federal targeted programme on implementing the state youth policy; and adding to the next federal budget law an appendix on budget allocations aimed at supporting families and children, including developing a social infrastructure for children.
