The President’s instructions concern the publication of regulatory acts providing primarily for a risk-oriented approach to control and oversight measures at regional and municipal levels.
The Government and the Prosecutor General’s Office have received instructions on the procedure for submitting information on inspections to the Unified Registry of Inspections and introducing liability for failure to submit information on inspections to the Registry, which is a federal state information system, and also for violating the procedure and timeframe for submitting such information.
The Prosecutor General’s Office has been instructed to present proposals on amending legislation that provides for the coordination with its bodies of random inspections initiated in connection with violations of consumers’ rights, and some other types of government oversight.
