The Government of the Russian Federation has been instructed to reward the medalists and other members of team Russia based on the results of WorldSkills International, which was held in Abu Dhabi on October 14–19, 2017, and endorse a provision on the procedure of rewarding medalists of WorldSkills national and international competitions and their coaches.
Instructions to the Government, as well as the “WorldSkills Russia” Union and regional authorities, concern, in particular, the need to consider WorldSkills Russia standards in drafting and introducing secondary vocational education study programmes, to upgrade the logistics base of professional educational organisations that are carrying out study programmes in line with WorldSkills standards, and to certify such organisations.
