The Russian Government together with the Presidential Executive Office have received instructions to provide media and internet support for the implementation of national projects and feedback with people; to study public opinion on national projects (including monitoring social media and conducting sociological studies); to promote best practices for their implementation, and to take other measures to more effectively carry out national projects and raise the level of public awareness of them.
Instructions to the Government concern, in part, funding the annual Taurida Forum of young representatives of culture and the arts and the Tavrida ArtRussia festival, as well as setting up a permanent educational centre for young representatives of culture and the arts, the Taurida Art Residence; involving students enrolled in programmes in architecture and construction, as well as student construction brigades, in implementing initiatives in the Science, Education and Housing and Urban Environment national projects to build new infrastructure; introducing amendments to the law to impose limitations on locating in residential buildings retail and service outlets that are disruptive to residents; financial support for the Russian Youth Architectural Biennale; and elaborating the standard for the integrated development of areas.
Instructions issued to the Government jointly with various other authorities concern housing construction, in particular, organising housing construction cooperatives and other consumer cooperatives established with the aim of satisfying people’s housing needs, as well as developing public municipal transport on the basis of advanced domestic technologies.
Individual instructions and recommendations have been issued to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, in the capital of which, Kazan, the President met with representatives of the public regarding the Housing and Urban Environment national project.
