Instructions to the Russian Government, senior officials in the Russian regions and heads of municipalities together with Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoys to the federal districts deal with the use of the information website of the Coronavirus Monitoring Information Centre as a unified information resource for interagency cooperation and information exchange; the monitoring and forecasting of the situation; the integration of information systems and databases of the federal and regional government bodies in order to counter the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
The Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoys to the federal districts have been instructed accordingly on the use of the centre’s information website.
Instructions to the Russian Government concern, in particular, the set of measures to ensure the stability of regional budgets, stock control at medical institutions to assess their readiness to provide medical aid to patients with the novel coronavirus infection, and interregional cooperation between medical and other organisations when providing such aid.
Separate instructions have been issued to the Healthcare Ministry together with the regional executive bodies, and the Interior Ministry together with the National Guard, the Industry and Trade Ministry, the Economic Development Ministry, and the Labour and Social Protection Ministry.
