The instruction to the Government with the participation of the Government of the Altai Territory relates to the creation of Salair National Park in the region.
The Presidential Executive Office has been instructed to interact with the Russian Popular Front to collect and process citizens’ applications while preparing the Direct Line with Vladimir Putin special programme.
The Federal Agency for Youth Affairs together with the Foreign Ministry, Finance Ministry and the Association of Volunteer Centres have been instructed to present their proposals on the establishment of the We Are Together international award for foreign nationals and organisations for the contribution to solving important humanitarian problems and the strengthening of international humanitarian cooperation, as well as to allocate the necessary funds from the federal budget.
The Federal Agency for Youth Affairs together with the Foreign Ministry, the Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare and the Association of Volunteer Centres have been instructed to present proposals on holding We Are Together International Forum of Volunteers.
The Emergencies Ministry and the regional government agencies have been instructed to organise work to involve skilled volunteers in the elimination of the aftermath of emergencies and the distribution of humanitarian aid in emergency situation areas, as well as to consider the holding of practical training for such volunteers by the Emergencies Ministry regional bodies.
Separate instructions have been given to the heads of regional government agencies.
