The Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI), with the participation of the Federal Competence Centre for Labour Productivity autonomous non-profit organisation, the Social Policy working group of the State Council, regional executive authorities, and representatives of expert and public associations have been instructed, in particular, to ensure the development of the National Social Initiative mechanisms. These mechanisms should be aimed at identifying and removing barriers to the provision of public services including healthcare, education and social support; at improving the efficiency of the operational processes at the providers of such services; and at creating a monitoring system and exchange of best practices in the social sphere.
The Government of the Russian Federation, with the participation of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, the Worldskills Russia Union of Young Professionals and regional executive authorities, has been instructed to consider the possibilities for involving Russian regions in the work to develop and implement the National Technology Initiative projects, including those in the education system.
