The Government has been instructed to prepare proposals on a procedure to perform the approved federal incentive payments for special working conditions to medical, social and other workers in connection with the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
Instructions to the Government also concern budgetary allocations in 2021–2023 for the provision of high-tech and other types of medical assistance to cancer patients within the framework of the Healthcare National Project; provision of medicines and medical items to certain groups of people qualified for such assistance; provision of special dietary products for children with disabilities; inoculation as per the national vaccination calendar; as well as the provision of medicines to people with certain diseases.
The Government is also to ensure the allocation of federal funds for the reimbursement in 2020 of the healthcare facilities’ expenses due to the emergency situation and the threat of the spread of dangerous diseases caused by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
Instructions to the Government and regional executive authorities also concern the allocation of federal subsidies for co-financing the provision of free hot meals to primary school pupils.
The Government and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoys to the federal districts are to monitor the provision of free hot meals to primary school pupils at state and municipal educational establishment, including small schools.
