The Government of the Russian Federation was instructed to assist the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Russia in establishing in Moscow, as a centre of interethnic and interfaith peace and accord, “The Mazepa Palace, 17th Century” museum and exhibition compound dedicated to the history of Protestantism in Russia.
Also, the Government together with the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of respective religious organisations, was instructed to submit proposals on celebrating the 1100th anniversary of Volga Bulgaria’s conversion to Islam.
The Government of the Russian Federation together with the Government of Moscow were instructed to assist the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Russian Federation in restoring the historical appearance of the buildings of the Moscow mosque and madrasah.
The Foreign Ministry was instructed to launch a discussion at international platforms on thwarting actions directed at offending religious feelings and stirring interfaith hatred and conflicts as well as to consider a possibility for making international agreements and/or adopting a UN General Assembly resolution on such issues.
An instruction to the Finance Ministry concerns the taxation of spiritual educational organisations.
