The Government of the Russian Federation was instructed to provide, in cooperation with the executive bodies of the Kirov, Ryazan, Tomsk and Yaroslavl regions, conditions for completing a series of infrastructure projects in 2023–2027. The projects include construction of a vehicular passage below the railway facilities in Kirov; construction of a bridge across the Cheptsa River near Kirovo-Chepetsk in the Kirov Region; construction of a bridge across the Oka River in the Ryazan Region; construction of a third bridge across the Tom River in Tomsk; and construction of a bridge across the Volga River in Yaroslavl.
The Government received instructions to identify sources of funding for the above-stated projects.
The Government and the Tomsk Region Administration were instructed to consider allocating additional funds from the federal budget for the Tomsk Region budget, to cover the construction of a regional multi-specialty children’s hospital and an outpatient clinic, as well as to increase capacity at general education institutions in the region.
The Government and the Kirov Region Government were also instructed to consider allocating additional funds from the federal budget to cover the improvement of public spaces in Kirov.
