The Russian Government has been instructed to amend legislation so that it grants the powers of the main manager of respective budgetary funds to the Russian Public-State Movement of Children and Youth, as well as to allocate the appropriate funding from the federal budget starting in 2023.
In addition, the Government has been instructed to make adjustments to national projects and state programmes of the Russian Federation with regard to the implementation of the statutory activities by the Russian Public-State Movement of Children and Youth.
The Russian Government together with the Moscow Government have been instructed to locate the Board of the Russian Public-State Movement of Children and Youth in Moscow.
Senior officials in the Russian regions have been instructed to establish in each constituent region of the Russian Federation a coordinating (advisory) body for interaction with the Russian Public-State Movement of Children and Youth and its regional, local and primary branches, as well as to provide the material and technical support necessary for the functioning of the regional branches of the Russian Public-State Movement of Children and Youth.
