The Russian Federal Archival Agency, the Defence Ministry, the Federal Security Service, the Foreign Ministry and the Culture Ministry received instructions to prepare an exhibition of archive documents (including declassified materials) and artefacts reflecting the most momentous events of the Great Patriotic War and narrating the crimes of the Nazis and their accomplices against peaceful civilians. The exhibition will become part of celebrations marking the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
The Presidential Executive Office was instructed to draft a legal act on establishing an autonomous non-profit organisation called the National Centre of Historical Memory under the Auspices of the President of the Russian Federation. The Administrative Directorate of the President of the Russian Federation shall act as the organisation’s founder.
The Government of the Russian Federation and the Presidential Executive Office were instructed to stipulate the procedure for and sources of financing the autonomous non-profit organisation National Centre of Historical Memory under the Auspices of the President of the Russian Federation.
