The instructions to the Government of the Russian Federation concern upgrading (in 2025 and subsequent years) the fleet of school buses; co-financing of spending obligations of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation resulting from encouraging the winners of the national competition for best design for a comfortable urban environment and measures envisaged by programmes for the formation of a modern urban environment; additional social guarantees for municipal officials and employees of local self-government bodies.
The Government of the Russian Federation jointly with the Presidential Executive Office has been instructed to ensure that the term of the Russia Expo international exhibition and forum is extended through July 8, 2024.
The President's Executive Office together with the Government of the Russian Federation and executive bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation have been instructed to submit proposals on establishing the Russia National Centre with branches in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in Moscow (under the Russia Expo Directorate Autonomous Nonprofit Organisation) in order to preserve the heritage of the Russia Expo international exhibition and forum and demonstrate the achievements of the Russian Federation in various economic sectors.
It was recommended that the executive bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, with the participation of the Government of the Russian Federation, extend the deadlines for the programmes to form a modern urban environment through 2030.
