The Government of the Russian Federation was instructed to ensure that academic programmes and educational materials developed and utilised by Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) are incorporated into professional development programmes for teachers, instructors and researchers specialising in mathematics and natural sciences.
The Government of the Russian Federation and MSU were instructed to ensure that the average salaries of the university’s faculty and research staff reach target indicators. They were also instructed to oversee the completion of the Interdisciplinary Cluster at the Vorobyovy Gory Innovation Science and Technology Centre of Moscow State University.
The Government of the Russian Federation together with MSU and the Moscow City Government were instructed to prepare a development project for the university, outlining stages, time schedule and implementation steps, as well as the sources and the scope of funding.
The Government of the Russian Federation together with MSU, and MSU Development Fund were instructed to develop and launch research and training infrastructure facilities at the Vorobyovy Gory Innovation Science and Technology Centre of Moscow State University, in cooperation with the Moscow City Government, interested state corporations and companies with state participation.
The Moscow City Government was recommended to oversee the design and construction of the centre’s clusters, as well as their management — specifically, to ensure that their functionality is flexible and can be adapted to fit the corresponding areas of the Centre’s research and development.
The State Duma together with the Government of the Russian Federation was recommended to speed up the review of the draft law On amendments to Federal Law On Innovation Research and Development Centres and on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation.
