The Government of the Russian Federation, jointly with the supreme regional executive authorities, received instructions to ensure the introduction of the position of Adviser to the Director for mentoring and interaction with children’s public associations at all state and municipal general education organisations with the aim of establishing a unified educational environment, providing the necessary budget allocations for that.
The Ministry of Education, with the participation of the Russian Children’s and Youth Centre, was instructed to provide methodological support and assistance to the activities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in connection with the introduction of the said position at state and municipal general education organisations.
The Government of the Russian Federation, jointly with the Russian Znaniye Society, was instructed to continue holding contests and events aimed at supporting initiatives advanced by parent communities, while ensuring additional allocations from the federal budget.
The instructions to the Ministry of Sport, jointly with the Drone Racing Federation of Russia all-Russia fitness and sports public organisation concern the reduction of the minimum age of participants in drone racing sports competitions from 10 to 7 years and the awarding of athletic titles and categories in the sport of Drone Racing.
The Movement of the First Russian public-and-state movement of children and youth, jointly with the Drone Racing Federation of Russia, was instructed to ensure, starting from 2026, the holding of the Pilots of the Future National Drone Piloting Championship for children from seven years old, while planning educational, technological and competitive events during the championship.
The Government of the Russian Federation was instructed to ensure, starting from 2026, the financing of the organisation and holding of the Pilots of the Future National Drone Piloting Championship for children aged seven years and older, based on allocations from the federal budget.
In addition, the Government of the Russian Federation, jointly with the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, was instructed to ensure the implementation of the Square of the First project in Krasnoyarsk, while planning the construction of the necessary infrastructure facilities to implement projects and programmes in the area of education for children and young people, as well as the landscaping of the Yenisei River embankment.
