Instructions for the Government of the Russian Federation pertain to financing deliveries in 2025 to territories with limited delivery timeframes located in the Extreme North and those equated to them, as well as organising the development of the national instant messaging service (messenger) jointly with the Bank of Russia, including to ensure that Russian citizens can use it to access the most popular government services and services provided by lending and other organisations.
The Government has also been instructed to ensure the stability and security of the Russian segment of the internet, including for the purpose of developing the national instant messaging service (messenger).
The Government, working together with the Emergencies Ministry, the executive authorities of the Bryansk and Kursk regions and Russian Railways, is to provide assistance to the victims of the terrorist attacks that took place on the railway infrastructure of the Bryansk and Kursk regions on May 31 and June 1, 2025, as well as to the families of the dead.
