The Government of the Russian Federation, with the participation of the Bank of Russia, was instructed to take additional measures to support the manufacturing industries, in particular, aimed at strengthening production volumes to at least 2024 level by the end of 2025 in priority manufacturing sectors. Additionally, they were instructed to take steps to stimulate demand for industrial products and incentivise investment – by providing funding for state support programmes and ensuring the implementation of mechanisms to support priority industrial projects.
The instruction to the Government of the Russian Federation together with the Presidential Executive Office and the executive authorities of the Belgorod, Bryansk and Kursk regions, with the participation of the Defence Ministry, the Interior Ministry and the Emergencies Ministry, concerns the development and implementation of a programme for the comprehensive restoration and development of territories affected by Ukrainian shelling and terrorist attacks.
The Government of the Russian Federation, together with the executive authorities of the Belgorod, Bryansk and Kursk regions, has been instructed to compile a list of priority measures aimed at supporting residents of the territories affected by Ukrainian shelling and terrorist attacks, and organisations operating in these regions, as well as to provide funding for the listed measures.
The instructions to the Government of the Russian Federation, in partnership with the National Guard, the Emergencies Ministry, the Federal Security Service and regional executive authorities, relate to enhancing the security and anti-terrorist protection of infrastructure (grounds) at children’s recreational facilities and summer enrichment programmes.
