The Government of the Russian Federation has been instructed to incorporate into the Health National Digital Platform federal project a metric for measuring healthcare workers’ satisfaction with digital services, to be determined through regular surveys conducted by the Russian Popular Front. Another instruction pertains to the appointment wait time for medical services (doctor consultations, diagnostics, treatment procedures) when using the federal state information system, Unified Portal of Public and Municipal Services.
The Government, together with regional executive authorities and the Russian Popular Front, has been instructed to conduct an analysis of using methodologies for the prediction of healthcare staffing requirements and, to the extent required, submit proposals for their improvement.
Instructions to the Healthcare Ministry, jointly with the Russian Popular Front and with the involvement of the National Medical Chamber, concern updating the procedures for recertification of healthcare workers.
Instructions to the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Healthcare Ministry relate to the development of mobile medical units based on all-terrain self-propelled vehicles, with a view of equipping with them healthcare facilities in the Far North and equivalent regions, as well as in the special military operation zone.
