The instructions to the Government concern the procedure of funding electronic certificates intended for purchasing technical means of rehabilitation and paying for the services provided to individuals with disabilities, procedure for determining the maximum cost of such technical means, as well as for establishing the status of a large family and the procedure for issuing a certificate of such status.
The instruction to the Russian Government, jointly with the Bank of Russia, pertains to organising a monitoring of mortgage loans provision under the Far Eastern and Arctic Mortgage programme.
The Government, together with the Defence Ministry, Ministry of the Interior, Ministry for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Natural Disaster Relief, Federal Security Service, National Guard and Federal Medical-Biological Agency have been instructed to consider granting family members of combat veterans – participants in the special military operation, undergoing treatment in medical institutions for more than six months, the right to multiple free trips to and from their place of treatment, as well as involving socially oriented non-profit organisations and volunteers in the provision of social and domestic services to such category of veterans.
The executive authorities of the Russian Federation constituent entities, together with dedicated State Council commissions, have been instructed to consider the provision of free stay for one parent or other legal representative together with the child with type 1 diabetes in the event of the child’s hospital admission; organisation of accommodation for people from other localities during the examination and in the course of outpatient treatment in oncology dispensaries and outpatient oncology care centres; expanding the conditions for transporting schoolchildren.
In addition, the executive authorities of the Russian Federation constituent entities have been instructed to complete the construction of the physical training and fitness complex in Sharya, Kostroma Region, and to complete reconstruction of the Shakhter Palace of Culture in Nelidovo, Tver Region.
