The Government of the Russian Federation, in coordination with the Dobro.rf association of volunteer centres, non-profit organisations, and social development institutions, has been tasked with expanding the programme of humanitarian missions and humanitarian aid to friendly states, implemented within the framework of the international volunteer programme Mission Dobro (Mission Kindness).
The Government of the Russian Federation, together with the executive authorities of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Lugansk People’s Republic, and the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, has been instructed to examine the development of a palliative care system within the territories of these constituent entities.
