The Russian Government has been instructed to amend legislation on the allocation of monthly childbirth and childcare benefits and to extend the opening hours of preschool educational institutions, taking into account parents' work schedules.
The instructions to the Government also concern, in particular, an optimal tax regime for small and micro-enterprises; the possibility of dispensing medications registered in Russia through Russian Post offices; the establishment of snow storage facilities for snowdrift emergencies; and the allocation of additional federal budget funds to the Kamchatka Territory in 2026 to restore regional, inter-municipal, and local roads, as well as the street and road network of populated areas in the Kamchatka Territory, to their standard condition in the spring.
The Russian Government, jointly with the Federal Security Service, has been instructed to include services necessary for continuous blood glucose monitoring systems in the list of socially significant services (white lists), access to which is provided during the suspension of mobile telephone communication.
A number of instructions have been issued to the Government, jointly with the executive bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the Russian Popular Front, and the Defenders of the Fatherland State Foundation to Support Special Military Operation Participants.
The Ministry of Energy, jointly with regional executive bodies, has been instructed to complete measures to restore heat and electricity supply systems in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation as promptly as possible.
