The Executive Order approves the National Anti-Corruption Plan for 2012–2013 and also includes corresponding instructions and recommendations to the heads of federal executive bodies, other government agencies, and the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
The Civic Chamber, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Russian Non-Commercial Organisation Association of Lawyers of Russia, political parties, self-regulating organisations, and public unions and associations of industrialists and entrepreneurs are invited to develop a draft federal law on public oversight of the work of federal executive bodies, as well as regional and municipal government bodies, and to continue efforts to establish a countrywide culture of intolerance to corrupt behaviour.
Amendments were also made to certain acts of the President of Russia on anti-corruption issues.
