The Agreement was signed in Astana on June 7, 2012.
The Agreement was prepared with the aim of creating favourable conditions for the each state’s citizens while residing in the other state. It addresses the fundamental rights and liberties of an individual and a citizen.
The implementation of the Agreement will contribute to further development of bilateral relations between Russia and Kazakhstan.
