Amendments have been made to the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, the Family Code of the Russian Federation, the federal laws On Bailiffs and On Enforcement, and the Russian Federation Law On Private Detective and Security Activities. The amendments are aimed at the practical implementation of the Convention Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, signed in the Hague on October 25, 1980, which came into force in the Russian Federation on October 1, 2011.
