Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law On Ratifying the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Armenia on Cooperation in Military Postal and Courier Communications.

The Agreement was signed in Yerevan on December 2, 2013.

The Agreement is aimed at creating an international legal foundation for Russian-Armenian cooperation in postal and courier communications in order to ensure the protection of military correspondence during its delivery to military formations of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia.
