The Agreement was signed by the presidents of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 12, 2014, in Moscow. Its purpose is to implement the clauses of the Agreement on Common Competition Principles and Regulations of December 9, 2010.
