The federal law amends the Russian Federation Law On Organisation of Insurance Activity in the Russian Federation, federal laws On Procedures for Entry to and Exit from the Russian Federation and On Principles of Tourist Activities in the Russian Federation. The amendments aim to use the mechanism of voluntary casualty insurance of the Russian Federation citizens travelling abroad in connection with covering the costs of emergency and primary medical care.
