The Federal Law is aimed at improving the efforts to counter corruption by government agencies in Russia’s federal constituent entities.
In accordance with the amendments, individuals taking over civil service positions within Russia’s federal constituent entities can be subject to federal constitutional laws, federal laws, and Russian federal constituent entity laws that institute restrictions, limitations, responsibilities and rules concerning professional conduct not covered in Federal Law On Countering Corruption.
